‘3’, Ireland’s fastest growing mobile network, is delighted to announce that the 3Store in Limerick on Cruises Street has topped the recent Retail Times Customer Experience challenge.
3Store Limerick was highly commended for its excellent standards in customer service, professional look and in-store presentation. A Retail Times’ mystery shopper was asked to visit three leading mobile phone stores in Limerick to assess their levels of customer service and overall shopping experience. 3 topped its competitors Vodafone and Meteor and received the best mystery shopper rating of 95%.
