After more than a decade working in recrutiment across the world, the manufacturing industry and human resources, the Limerick native decided she needed another change of direction.

“I've been there (senior management) and I got to the point where I had nothing left to give so I hit the pause button. As well as heading a large company I was looking after two kids and making time for family life too,” Elaine says.

Having built up a wealth of experience in management from working in a variety of industries at senior level Elaine has taken her abilities into Business Coaching while also offering services in Hunman Resources to companies who need help.
“When you’re in mangement it can be a lonely place. I used to work very long hours but now I've found the balance and have shorter hours while working more efficiently,” says Elaine.

Having moved to Shannon a number of years ago Elaine decided to go into business for herself offering help to people in senior positions in finding that work life balance while achieveing maximum results from their work.

Some of the topics and issues affecting busineesses in general include Head of Operations, Recruitment & Selection of staff  for major multinationals, implementing Disciplinary, Bullying & Harassment legislation.

Elaine Ryan says she has a wide range of essential and easy to learn techniques for businesses to deal with any number of issues that may be affecting the company or an individual in the company itself.

“I offer solutions to problems. I’m on the phone after work hours and I can help a manager by talking things through with them also. I offer hunman resources solutions and operations solutions,” Elaine says.

Being based out of Shannon, Elaine is able to spend as much time in Limerick as she possibly can and has a number of clients here as well as Ennis in County Clare.
