“I’m in Limerick evry day and have gained a lot of clinets in my first year of business and now I’m breaking into Ennis. I joined the B&I referral system group, which has a chapter in Limerick, which has been fantastic.”

The B&I referral group scheme has oone simple motto-‘the giver is the gainer’, according to Elaine.

“The group includes every type of business like Accountants, Solicitors, Managers, self-employed etc. We all refer on business to each other, which is a great idea and everyone gains because of it,” Elaine says.

Having achieved her Leaving Certificate from St Patrick’s Comprehensive in Shannon Elaine got onthe boat as many did more than twenty years ago and landed in Birmingham.

“My first job in England was door to door sales for a book club. I was 18, had the gift of the gab and was Irish so it helped and I had a great time. Then I got into Telesales and then fell into recruitment.”
