“We’re all busy but people need to know that they can take time over cooking and use homegrown food that is cheaper and better. I’ll be adding more recipes to the ones I already have online in the next few weeks.”

She said that she does not miss the corporate world and recommends self-employment

“It’s liberating and it works when you do your homework and have a love for and care about what you do. You can always get another job but to spend years talking about something and never do it; that’s failure to me.”

Helen Keown has a lot on her plate but with her seemingly endless energy and drive, she has set her stall and doesn’t want it any other way.
