The Hilton Hotel in Limerick has welcomed the first resident to ‘The Strand’, the new luxury apartment complex, which is located on the banks of the river Shannon and adjacent to the hotel.

Eoin Little, GM for Hilton Limerick and Paul Flavin, Operations Manager, Hilton Limerick presented Declan O’Loughlin with a luxury hamper to welcome him to his new home.

The Hilton Limerick, which opened in May 2007, offers a vast range of facilities, which are sure to add to the attraction of the Strand development.

The new residents can avail of fine dining at the hotel’s River Restaurant or visit the Terrace Bar and Café for a more informal meal or snack, both boasting stunning views of the River Shannon.

Residents of The Strand can also order from the Hilton’s wide selection of room service menus, which will be delivered straight to their door.

The Terrace Bar is also the prefect local, providing a cosy haven to escape the hustle and bustle of the city or to relax with a drink after a hard day at the office!

Another key benefit for new residents of The Strand will be having a superb fitness centre on the doorstep.

The Hilton Limerick’s LivingWell Health & Leisure Club offers excellent facilities for residents and members, including a 20m pool, hydrotherapy pool, spa, children's and plunge pools, sauna, steam room, cardiovascular and resistance gym and beauty treatment rooms.
