MINISTER for Finance, Brian Lenihan, has been confirmed as the guest speaker for Limerick Chamber’s first Presidents Dinner at the redeveloped Thomond Park.

The prestigious event will take place on Friday, November 7, and is sure to be one of the most interesting and rewarding nights for Limerick Chamber.

“This year’s President’s Dinner promises to be a very special occasion as it will be held in the newly redeveloped Thomond Park.  This will be one of the first events in the fantastic new stadium and we are honoured to have the Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan present to mark this occasion,” said Chamber President, Sean Lally.
“As the Dinner will be just over three weeks after what will be a challenging first budget for the Minister there will be a great deal of interest amongst the business community in what he has to say, particularly about funding for key projects in the region,” Mr Lally added.

“The President’s Dinner is the main event in the Chamber Diary and is always well supported by the business community.  It has sold out for the past number of years and thanks to a great venue and speaker we expect this year to be no different,” Mr Lally said.
