The Hibernian branch on Henry Street recently held the art challenge—which was open to all Limerick children aged between five and 12 years. The challenge was to draw a butterfly of any colour, shape or style and seven year old Conor Dore from Ballyneety submitted the most creative entry from hundreds of entries received and won the grand prize of a fantastic new bicycle. Ger Hobbs, Manager of the Hibernian branch in Limerick said: “We at the Hibernian branch in Limerick were delighted to receive so many great entries from Limerick’s budding artists, so it was a really tough job to pick the winner! I would like to thank all those who submitted their entries and congratulate Conor Dore, whose entry we are proudly displaying in our branch on Henry Street.” He added that the Hibernian Health Art Challenge “was held in celebration of the launch of Hibernian Health, the new health insurance division of the Hibernian Group”. “Limerick consumers now have the opportunity to choose a health insurer who is committed to looking out for their needs and the needs of their family.” |
