LIMERICK band The Brad Pitt Light Orchestra is in the frame for a wonderful night of top class music in the intimate setting of Limerick City Gallery of Art this Saturday, October 18 at 7.30pm.
Radio’s Tom Dunne and Ray D’Arcy are already fans of the local sextet’s unique sound, which is comprised of distinctive harmonies and rousing melodies. Sounding not unlike The Beautiful South sparring off Tom Waits, The Brad Pitt Light Orchestra mix cabaret, jazz and theatrics into warm and woozy waltzes that are topped off by Ann Blake’s sultry vocals.
