High: Kasabian playing the Warehouse in May. They are one of the best live acts in the world and to meet them and see them perform up close and personal was class! Seeing Eoin Coughlan’s album on the shelves in record shops nationwide was another . Delorentos’ ‘In Love With Detail’ made my musical 2007 complete.
Hope: Dolan’s Warehouse will celebrate its 10th birthday so keep an eye out for major celebrations down Dock Road way early in the year. Cathy Davey can do no wrong at the moment. Local talent I’m tipping for wild success are Headgear and We Should Be Dead.

High: Seeing as I spent a few months abroad this year, chances are I missed out on a few cracking gigs around the place. However, one gig that stands out for me as being pretty awesome was the Rest gig upstairs in Dolan’s earlier this year. Unbelievable musicianship and energy.
Hope: A Rest album, a Radiohead/Sigur Ros Slane headliner, Pete Doherty will give up music, and the Limerick Breaks Out tour can continue for 2008.
