Don't forget, all you young musical stars in the making out there… Friday May 9 is the deadline for submitting your entries for a new compilation CD featuring the very best of Limerick talent.

Limerick-based record label Gohan Records (Monoband, Arkitekt) is giving the city and county's rising, young musical stars the opportunity to get their wares out to a wider audience with the release of the compilation album.

Gohan Records and Live 95FM's Green & Live show (hosted by the Limerick Independent's own Alan Jacques) have come together to seek out Limerick's finest bands and solo artists for inclusion on a the -track CD which will be released in record shops and for download, later this year.

Limerick acts have until Friday May 9, 2008 to submit their entries to be considered for inclusion on the CD.

Limerick bands and solo artists (all genres) must send one track on CD, along with some information about themselves and their contact details.

Entries should be sent to Green and Live, Limerick Live 95FM, Radio House, Dock Road, Limerick.Final closing date is May 9, 2008.
