Following from the success of last year, Bulmers Original Cider has announced a consecutive sponsorship of the Bulmers Summer Sunday race meeting at Limerick Race Course on July 6.

The Bulmers Summer Sunday is intended to be one of the biggest race days in the 2008 summer racing calendar at Limerick Race Course.

Anne Hogan from Bulmers, said that the company “is delighted to be sponsoring the Bulmers Summer Sundays race meeting once again at Limerick Race Course, which is considered one of the best racetracks in the country”.

“Race meetings are a key part of the Irish summer as is Bulmers Original Cider. We see this sponsorship as a natural partnership between Bulmers and a sport that is synonymous with Ireland, and all in the fantastic setting of Limerick Race Course.”

Bulmers Summer Sunday kicks-off at 2.30pm and the feature races on the day will be the Bulmers Summer Sundays Novice Hurdle (value of €28,000) and the Bulmers Summer Sundays Novice Steeplechase (value of €22,000).
