I was delighted to see my good friend Andrea Roche win the VIP Style Award last week.

I worked with Andrea recently at the Wedding Fair in Ballykisteen and she is a lovely person and a great choice to win.

Of course, myself and all my models voted for her, so I guess the Limerick votes made a difference.

She had a choice of dresses to wear on the night, one being from local designer Fiona Whyte.

It was great to see so much style and, of course, not forgetting designer Marion Murphy Cooney as well, who designed Lorraine Keane’s dress for the occasion.

Nights like these are a great opportunity for designers to showcase their dresses, and thus get recognition for all the hard work they do.
