National magazine and glamour television show, XPOSÉ is coming to Limerick to do a live special half-hour programme from the City, the Limerick Independent reports.
The TV3 produced show, which is produced and presented by Lorraine Keane, is to come to Limerick in the coming weeks, showing some of the best highlights of the City.
“XPOSÉ is coming to do a Limerick special. The entire show will be broadcast entirely from Limerick and will cover the city’s fantastic fashion ethos and glamour. Half an hour of national television focusing on the positives of Limerick is priceless,” Ms Ryan told the Limerick Independent. Dates for the show have yet to be confirmed but according to the City’s Coordination Office it’s expected that the programme will be in Limerick in September. “We have some great fashion boutiques in Limerick, which we are known up and down the country for. Our fashion students are always sweeping the boards with their unique styles so its great for Limerick that XPOSÉ are coming here,” Mr Ryan added. The event is just one of a number of aims the Limerick Coordination officer has in mind for Limerick in her busy brief of promoting the City across the country and furtherafield. “My aim is to talk up Limerick. It’s been fairly quiet in the City recently with little or no bad press, and that’s a great thing,,” Ms Ryan said. XPOSÉ airs weekdays from 6-6.30pm and takes a daily look at celebrity life in Ireland, Hollywood and beyond. Joining Lorraine Keane, the frontline team for XPOSÉ is Sybil Mulcahy, Karen Koster, Aisling O'Loughlin and Lisa Cannon.
The girls cover all the big home events including the top awards ceremonies, film premieres, rock and pop concerts, fashion shows and interviewing all the big Irish and international stars. It's glamour and glitz at its best and it's the show Irish television viewers tune into every day. |
