The North Cork based dealership recently sold out its original stock of 18 Focus Styles in ten days when it offered them at a historically low price starting at €15,950 each. However, due to unprecedented demand from the public, Cavanaghs has taken delivery of the remaining stock of 15 New Focus Style 1.6 Petrol hatchbacks from Ford which they are continuing to offer at the lowest ever price in its history starting from €15,950 (metallic €500 extra). This means that the Focus, which was first launched in 1999, at a price of €24,000 in today's money, can now be bought from Cavanaghs of Charleville starting from €15,950 - a massive €8,050 drop from its original launch price and a saving of €6,775 on its current list price. Since its launch in 1999, over 90,000 units of the Focus have been sold and few who purchased the car back then could surely have envisaged a situation where the car would actually be sold at a cheaper price 10 years later. But downward pressure on prices brought about by the recession has forced manufacturers and dealers to take action to curb falling sales. Not only does this offer mark the lowest price in the car's ten year history but the car itself has never boasted as many extras as it now does. Safety is paramount in modern cars and this model continues to lead the way with life-saving ESP (Electronic Stability Program) as standard. ABS brakes continue the safety theme whilst cabin comforts such as electric front windows, remote radio controls, remote central locking and an MP3 compatible CD player all make this car the best value of its kind on the road. This offer is exclusive to Cavanaghs of Charleville on a first come first served basis and a deposit will secure. For further details call 1850 500 305 or visit www.cavanaghs.com. |
