WITH an 8.4% year-on-year growth, Mazda now claims to be the largest growing volume manufacturer in the Ireland with an extra 337 Mazda models on the roads since last year.

“Even in difficult times, more and more customers continue to choose to purchase Mazda vehicles as they offer great value, high levels of styling and specification, Japanese build quality, renowned Mazda reliability and solid residuals”, explains David McGonigle, MD Mazda Motor Ireland.

Post the July VRT changeover, 30 of the most popular Mazda models in the Mazda2, Mazda3 and Mazda6 ranges benefited from price reductions thanks to low C02 emissions.

Mazda will look to build on this their success through 2009. There are some exciting new product launches including some additional diesel engines for the Mazda6 range, an updated MX-5 and some changes to the BT-50 pick-up range.

Mazda is currently in the process of recruiting a number of new Dealer partners in strategic locations to achieve our growth strategy and long-term plan.

During October, Mazda is offering a practical 0% finance offer on all Mazda3 models.

With a 30% deposit, Customers benefit from a payment deferral until January 2009, and 0% finance over a 36-month term.
