THE Tánaiste has told the Limerick Independent that an IDA report, published last week on attracting investment into regional unemployment black spots, did not specifically name the jobless areas because foreign journalists attended the launch of the report, which would give other countries an opportunity to hear what companies the Government were targeting for foreign direct investment.
