THE long-established ‘food pyramid’ remains
the standard by which a healthy nutrition plan is measured.
However, I believe that the food pyramid is
one of the reasons why obesity has become such an issue.

non-existent Irish summer, Hilary finally gave up, and packed her bags for a
short break in the French capital. Of course, it gave her ample opportunity for
