Despite our wonderful summer weather, our thoughts are now naturally turning to those soon to be back-to-school days. Lazy summer days, warm or chilly need to be wrapped up and gotten back into some kind of routine with bed-time, lunch times and cooking getting back to normal for a productive school year ahead. There's no doubting that the first few weeks back at school can be alarming to say the least with everybody trying to re-adjust.
