GREYHOUNDS

WORK has commenced on the €20 million-plus new Greyhound Stadium for Limerick.

The site, which will also accommodate the Irish Greyhound Board’s (IGB) new administration offices, is situated on the old Limerick Racecourse at Greenpark, and a provisional opening date is penciled-in for the first half of 2010.
