Page 1 of 2 Today is the deadline for signing players for the new League Of Ireland campaign in which the first home game of the season for Limerick 37 will be on Friday, March 14.
Last Saturday, Mike Kerley’s side, travelled to Cobh Ramblers and while they lost 2-1 it was a commendable effort. Despite this defeat Ballynanty are still in the Munster Junior Cup and they are also in a very strong position for Premier League honours. It was a tremendously successful Sunday for local clubs in the Munster Junior Cup with wins for Aisling Annacotty, Regional United and Wembley Rovers. Pride of place goes to Aisling Annacotty who met a hotly fancied Waterford club, CarrickUnited. Two goals by Paul Cummins sandwiched between another by Aidan Hurley gave the local side a thoroughly deserved win on a 3-1 scoreline.
